Here’s a good news for those who own a iPhone 5 or an iPad 4th generation which is more than 3 years old! There were rumors and speculation that these iOS devices wouldn’t be getting iOS 10 but it looks like Apple has decided to bake in their latest generation OS in very old iOS devices as well, which is obviously a good thing! 
Here is the list of phones which will be getting the updates to iOS 10:

- iPad Mini 3
- iPad Mini 4
- iPod Touch 6th generation
- iPhone 5

- iPhone 6s Plus
That is quite a long list of iOS devices to receive the iOS 10 update. iPhone 4s and below as well as the iPad Mini 1 and below won’t be getting iOS 10. Also, iPad 3rd generation won’t get iOS 10 update. But the good thing is that iPhone 5 and iPad 4 to get iOS 10 this fall. Public beta of iOS 10 is available now, though.
